43.8% of homes in Grayndler have three or more bedrooms — the sixth-lowest share of three-bedroom-plus homes of any of the country's 151 federal electorates, and far lower than the typical federal electorate (78.1%).

Among its neighbours it's higher than Wentworth, but lower than Reid, Kingsford Smith and North Sydney.

The share has fallen 35 points since 2011 (79.3% → 43.8%).
